3 luge vaj
5 luge marmalate kajsie ose pjeshke
1 luge e vogle sodë bikarbone
1 luge e vogle kanellë
½ luge e vogle xhenxhefil pluhur (opsionale)
PËR MBUSHJEN:
5 luge marmalate kajsie
100 gr çokollatë per zierje
GLAZURA:
150 gr çokollatë per zierje
3 luge vaj.

Pergatitja:

Ne nje ene perzijem te gjithe perbersit e thate,shtojme pastaj qumeshtin,vajin dhe marmelaten.

Ne kallepin e mbuluar me leter per pjekje ose te lyer dhe permillur,qesim gjysmen e qullit qe eshte mjafte e holle.

Pjekim per 15 minuta ne 180 grade,nxjerrim nga furra,lyejme shpejte me marmelate,qesim cokollaten e grire ne rende dhe masen e mbetur te qullet.

Pjekim ne 175 grade edhe per 30 minuta.

Pas ftohjes nxjerrim format me mjetin zemer dhe lyejme nga te gjitha anet me glazuren e cokollates se shkrire me vajin.
